Students develop skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English, learn Canadian culture, and develop relationships with Canadians and other international adults. 

Our ESL year has two semesters. Classes begin in September and January and are held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 9am to 12pm

Childcare is available during class for pre-school age children (age 0 to 4). 

Four classes are offered:

Beginner: for students with no English or very limited vocabulary

High Beginner: for students who can read basic English and form simple sentences.

Low Intermediate: for students who want to improve their grammar and conversational English.  

Intermediate: for students who want to improve their written and conversational English for life and work in Canada.

COST:

Tuition = $300/semester or $75/month
Childcare = $75 per family/month

Fees can be paid for the entire semester or month-to-month online or on the first day of class. Methods of payment include cash, debit or credit.

Help is available for those who cannot afford the above costs in the form of a subsidy from Evangel Missions.  This will be done on a case-by-case basis by emailing a request for an appointment to: esl@evangelkelowna.com
